A historic theatre at the heart of Arusha — fully restored and equipped with modern technology. 530 seats across three tiers, ready for congresses, conferences and major events.

Built in the late 1950s as a picture house, the Metropole shaped Sokoine Road for decades. Its Expo-style façade with coloured square blocks was architecturally exceptional — a building designed to draw the crowd.
During restoration, the original character was fully preserved. Roof, seating, lighting, sound and sanitary facilities were rebuilt — without compromising the historic spirit of the venue.
The classic theatre arrangement — Stalls, Dress Circle and Balcony — gives unobstructed sightlines from every seat. A central aisle divides each tier into a left and right block — ideal for stage access, microphone stewards and quick movement.

We will be happy to prepare a tailored proposal — from a half-day seminar to a multi-day congress.
